They were not accommodating at all, the airline changed our flights - I called the resort to get them to adjust our dates, they refused said it was against policy - so I thought well our next flight will allow us to at least check in early since our flight arrived earlier the next day- we arrived at 1 pm - our room was not ready until after 4:30pm when check in was supposed to be at 4, and we had already paid for the previous night! They simply did not care ! Extremely disappointing!! And they tried to charge taxes fees and deposit twice

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the amenities are great, a wide selection for a delicious breakfast, and best of all was the fantastic staff. Make sure to visit the lounge area to see Miguel (he is amazing) and it is a great place to meet and mingle with other guests

Unfortunately we had to keep switching rooms because we kept losing power. Finally after the 4th time of maintenance coming to fix the circuit we were able to get a new room at midnight. Disappointment we were supposed to have a balcony felt like we spent three days just trying to get a new room in general. Management and staff was super unfriendly especially the bartenders. We kept getting charged to our room when we had already payed for it on our credit card. Watch all the hidden fees that they charge you that they don’t tell you about. Service charges they put their own tip on the card and also when you check in they tell you one charge and do another. Also the bartenders made you feel uncomfortable about tipping (which of course I would) everything felt super rushed the service can’t get an order or coffee right beciase they don’t listen to you.
