We met a lot of friendly and warm people at our resort. The pool closing at 10 at night was great, the kids loved staying up late for a swim and then a workout. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were also HUGE deciding factor of staying at Embassy Suites!!! We had a great time, thank you...we are excited to come back to Aruba!!!

The front desk staff should be more friendly. When I checked out, the person who helped me was very inattentive and didn't ask how my stay at the hotel was, or even thank me for staying there or anything. He even gave me my receipt with a sour face.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, always greeting me with a smile and offering helpful recommendations. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean — waking up to that every morning was magical. The amenities were top-notch: the pool area was pristine and relaxing, the beach access was nice, and the on-site dining offered delicious meals with fresh local flavors. What I loved the most about this property was that it was family oriented and safety was 100% for my family. What I would like for an improvement for this property is that they would give the resident a tour around the area of the property. Also in the future add more dining options.

Great spot. Not too far from Palm. Private little beach across the street. Eagle beach is pretty close too. Can rent electric scooters and bikes. Breakfast had a lot of options. Will def stay again.

Only negative was upon arrival they tell you there’s a $50 per day hotel fee that is related to booking thru a third party (Expedia) . They keep your card on file for hotel purchases. When purchasing, you have to sign a receipt and add tip if you wish. That’s a bit antiquated.

Just 10 minutes away from the downtown area, yet far away enough to enjoy some quiet time. Kiddie pool area for kids, hot tub for adults and big pool for everyone is only 5 foot deep. So safe and enjoyable for everyone :)

Overall hotel and staff were great. Very clean, very safe, food was good, service was good. The hotel has huts on the beach that are for guests and the team at the beach were really good. I would recommend water shoes for the beach, it’s sandy where the huts are but may have to walk over some rocky areas

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites! The room was spacious enough and clean, the shower was nice and the bed was fine for the few days we were there. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options with an egg/omelette station. Fresh fruit, breads, meat and cheese selection among others. There was ample seating despite it getting crowded later. We liked the evening happy hour! The pool was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also the gentleman just outside the lobby were extremely helpful in calling cabs for our daily activities! The gift shop had great options for snacks, beverages, clothing, and toiletries and the lady behind the counter was great to chat with!! The only thing that could have made this resort more appealing would be more of a variety of restaurants. Other than that I loved our stay and would absolutely stay again when we come back to Aruba.

About food. They have one restaurant near to the beach and a kitchen in the lobby area that they call a restaurant but is actually the lobby area where people are walking and doing check in and check out etc. food quality is good even when you feeling that you are in a middle of the road eating. Beds are very comfortable. THIS LOCATION IS REALLY A HOTEL. NOT A RESORT. They don’t have the amenities to be call a resort. Staff is amazing.
