Upouusi talo, joka valmistuu, kun kirjoitan tÀmÀn. Tavoitteena on valmistua toukokuuhun 2019 mennessÀ. Sisustus tulee olemaan tÀysin moderni, kaikki uudet. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, king-size-vuode, vaatekaappi. Talo sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla, jos olet tÀÀllÀ Aruban rannoilla 3 minuutin pÀÀssÀ ja maisemat. Sijaitsee saaren pohjoisosassa, jossa on suurimmat supermarketit, ja 1 minuutin pÀÀssÀ saaren parhaasta golfkentÀstÀ. Kaikissa huoneissa on omat kylpyhuoneet, king-size-vuoteet ja olohuoneessa on ulosvedettÀvÀ sohva, jossa voi nukkua 2. Mukava suuri uima-allas ulkona ja tÀysin yksityinen.

We loved our stay! Loved the pool and cleanliness of the villa. The only thing we really missed was a washing machine especially when we were there for 3 weeks. Our host Genoveva was very accommodating, if there was an issue, she was on top of it!

Overall a nice stay. Location seemed safe and was convenient with a rental car. The property could be maintained much better. When we arrived the house was 85 degrees because the mini splits were all of. As noted in previous reviews from other travelers, the dishwasher is old and leaks if you use it. The water that leaks out is sewage water and smells horrible. I would suggest replacing it, or removing it altogether. There is a washing machine / dryer connection, but no appliances. That seemed strange to me and would have been nice to be able to do laundry. The pool light that is shown in the pictures of the property is broken and has not worked for some time, according to other reviews. This could be repaired, but it seems there is no intention to do so. A few other things to note; there is one couch in the tv area that fits a maximum of three people. There is also no oven mitt, so if you plan on cooking, pack one? There is no hot water to the sinks, only the showers. Little things that could make a big difference here seem to be overlooked. I would not stay again.

Greg the host was very accommodating. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was awesome. The house is in Noord, close to Palm and Eagle beaches.The neighborhood was quiet.

First and foremost, the owner was great to work with. Extremely responsive. Went above and beyond to answer questions and remediate any concerns. The rental was in a great area to walk around and made it easy to travel north or south of the island. The rental had plenty of AC units (one per room) and the rental stayed perfectly climate control during our visit. If I have the ability to come back I'll definitely book this rental again. Kitchen was fully stocked which allowed us to cook meals and the pool was clean throughout the entirety of the visit.

Sister Vacation

What a lovely, cozy home. Really close to nice beaches and outdoor restaurants. Greg, the owner was kind enough offer a refund for the 2 days we missed due to a family emergency and was very understanding when the house keys were not left behind and made it to the airport. Nice property would stay again , would like to see new pots and pans, more dishes, paper towels and trash bags
 definitely loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! I’d also suggest a larger refrigerator and washer dryer is needed for a party of six . Overall a great week

disappointing for a newer property

Overall, the property is clean and the A/C works well. The appliances are terrible. The dishwasher is extemely loud and leaks on the floor. The dryer makers a loud squealing noise and is shimmed with a magazine, the microwave sounds as if it is about to take off. The walls are stained. The 1st bathroom on the left has a toilet seat that is not the same shape as the toilet. Very little upkeep has been done on this place. The appliances are clearly much older than the age of the house. There is not one hand towel or oven mitt in the kitchen. The pool light is out and apparently has been for awhile. We would not return to this property. There are no instructions on site and you must contact the host to ask where to take the garbage....

Relaxing get away

Host was very helpfull. Clean, had the very basics to cook. Would come here again. Good location when you have the convenience of a car. Closest beach 20 minute walk. Great to cool of in your own pool at end of ddaday.

Wonderful oasis to explore aruba

Greg was wonderful from first contact, so responsive and quick to answer any questions or issues. The house was bright and we loved the ensuite in every bedroom. The pool and outdoor kitchen / seating were definitely my favorite part. The location was quiet and safe and really close to the Noord beaches of Malmok and Arashi.

Great Location

Our second trip to Aruba and location was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants nearby and things to do. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Private pool was serene, and we were able to watch birds and resident turtle.

Oasis on Esmeralda

Bon Bini! We enjoyed staying at this property for 3 weeks. There is an ensuite bathroom and TV in each bedroom so it allowed everyone lots of privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe but is close to a main road so beaches, stores etc can be reached easily. Greg, the owner, lives next door and was very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues. He also has two sweet little daughters who we enjoyed having over for visits. The pool, although unheated, was much warmer than other places we have stayed at. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The sinks do not have hot water which is the norm in Aruba. The only minor improvements I would suggest are more glasses, plates, cutlery, a larger refrigerator and a hand rail for getting in and out of the pool. Overall, the rental fee is very good value for the amenities offered and makes for a perfect stay on One Happy Island!

If you are looking for a great place to stay with your friends and family, this is the place for you. The owner was amazing from the start, easy to reach on the app and very responsive. Anything we needed, we just had to ask. The location is quiet and not too far from the beach and entertainment. We had a rental car but also used taxis who came right to the house. Would rate this property 10/10 and highly recommended it!!!

Poor communication

Our stay started with me having to reach out to the owner for the check in instructions, since they were not provided. The property itself was decent, but a little more attention can be put into making guests’ stay more comfortable
 none of the bathrooms had shower liners, or a full set of rings for the shower curtains, toilet seats didn’t actually fit the toilet, a TV in one of the rooms was so crooked, it looked like it was on the verge of falling off the wall, and we had no hot water for the first few days. Now for the cleanliness, which was my biggest issue with this property. Strands of hair were found throughout the house and in 2 of the beds. This was quickly brought to the owner’s attention. He was responsive to the other questions until this issue was raised, and then I was met with silence. The next day passed and still no response. The following morning I let him know how displeased I was with how he failed to address our issues, and that’s when he advised his cleaning lady would be by to exchange the sheets as well as his maintenance man regarding the hot water. The cleaning lady came by with a lint roller, so it didn’t appear she came with the intention to wash the sheets. She didn’t speak English, so we had to use Google translator. She took the sheets, but left the mattress covers and comforter. I had to reach out to Greg again, who then came by and saw the hair for himself and had her take all of the bedding. He also fixed the hot water that day.

5 star stay!

We loved your property. The pool was awesome, especially in the evening with the lights on. Your gas grill is better than my Weber Genesis 2 at home. The hot water in the showers was much appreciated. The internet and AC worked great. The kitchen was well equipped. Suggestions: could use some smaller cocktail glasses and serving bowls. The cable TVs had a variety of channels and excellent reception. We had a delightful time. We also enjoyed meeting Greg and his lovely daughter Victoria,

Paradise

This property is awesome! My wife and I had a fantastic time. Beautiful private home, incredible private outdoor pool area. We spent mornings/days/nights at the pool. So fun and relaxing. Greg is an awesome property manager. Over and above welcoming. Responses to any questions/concerns were lightning fast. Only a 5min drive to Palm Beach, 10min to California lighthouse and 25min to the airport. I just wish we stayed longer. We will absolutely rent again from Greg next time we are back. Hopefully sooner than later! You can’t go wrong renting this property. Couples or family, it’s perfect.
