Welcome to this magnificent holiday home, a former ferry inn that has been extensively renovated and modernised. This property in Hardeshøj combines historical charm with modern luxury and offers you a unique holiday right by the Alssund. Inside, you will find a stylishly furnished house with a large living room including a wood-burning stove, a professional kitchen with a cooking island and a large dining and conference room. Entertainment is provided by a spacious activity room with billiards and table tennis as well as numerous cosy retreats.



Immerse yourself in the pool area with a heated swimming pool, a water slide, a swimming trainer, a whirlpool and a sauna. A glass passage harmoniously connects the pool area with the main house and provides access to a screened terrace with a breathtaking view of the sound. The large natural plot offers direct access to the beach, a small fishing harbour and a marina for relaxing hours. Enjoy the view from the large south-facing terrace, which is virtually right on the water, or relax on the roof terrace on the upper floor. The island of Als boasts a long coastline, fine sandy beaches and beautiful forests.

Kontakt vorab und vor Ort war hervorragend, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Haus liegt total ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Wasser. Aufgrund der große des Hauses kann man sich auch gut zurückziehen. Da die Schlafräume oben sind, sind diese akustisch gut vom Wohnbereich unten getrennt.

Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes , großes und komfortables Haus mit nur kleinen Mängeln, z.

Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes , großes und komfortables Haus mit nur kleinen Mängeln, z.B. die Ein-/Ausstiegsstufen für den Pool sind sehr wackelig und müssten mal neu befestigt werden. In der oberen Etage (Schlafräume) knarzt der Boden ziemlich, aber das ist wohl auch dem Hausalter geschuldet.Wir hatten jedenfalls eine sehr schöne Woche mit 15 Leuten in dem Haus verbracht und es hat alles gepasst und nichts gefehlt.Anzumerken ist noch, dass die Lage des Hauses perfekt für Leute ist, die es ruhig mögen - außer der Fähre alle 30 min war praktisch kein Lärm zu hören. Nachteil ist dabei, dass es halt auch etwas abgelegen liegt und man zum Einkaufen schon eher das Auto nehmen sollte.Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es auch wieder buchen.

Das Haus war sehr gemüdlich.

Das Haus war sehr gemüdlich. Der Servies Vorort war sehr gut. Trotz des Alters des Hauses und nach dem Hochwasser der Ostsee war rund um das Haus alles in Ortung. Wir werden irgenwann in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen
