The "Seehund" flat is on the 2nd floor and has a south-west facing balcony with a direct view of the dyke.

The apartment complex also has a communal washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a barbecue area. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. In consideration of allergy sufferers, it is unfortunately not possible to bring pets.

The flat (approx. 25 m²) with a direct view of the dyke consists of a living room/bedroom, kitchenette, hallway, shower room and balcony. There you have sun all day until evening.
