Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Die Gastgeberin hat die Unterkunft storniert wegen eines Wasserschadens... das kann passieren, kein Problem. Allesrdings habe ich bis heute das gezahlte Geld nicht zurück, trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung meinerseits, kommt keine Reaktion noch das Geld. Auch die Plattform kann oder will mir da nicht helfen.
