Needed a place close to the airport. The area appeared safe and staff was friendly. They have a shuttle to airport and starbuck opens at 0600 a.m.

Arrived past midnight and it took about 10 minutes until the receptionist was there,for the check in; had called the phone line from the lobby, walked the hallway ... anyway, once she was there had a smooth and professional check-in. Unfortunately with the late arrival and early leaving had an overall superficial experience only and may have missed out.

My stay here was pretty good and pretty clean. The people and staff were very courteous and very nice to me during my stay. I my issue is I left at 1 am in the morning and the lady told me I couldn’t get a print out of my receipt. I could only get it through Expedia and I had wasn’t able to receive back prorated amount of the time I didn’t use.

the area around is SO noisy. the planes are one thing, but its right next to the highway and was disruptive to my entire family's sleep. i would not stay here again for that main reason. we all slept poorly. the property itself seems like an older property that they remodeled. the staff at the front desk was very nice but the restaurant staff seems very standoff-ish. they have an on-site restaurant but there is no kids menu, so naturally one of my kids didnt even eat dinner. and to top it all the off, parking is another $10. seems like a money grab. would not recommend this place for families.

Worst Marriott I’ve Ever Stayed In

This was by far the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, which was shocking for a Marriott property. The walls are paper thin — I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including loud conversations and TVs until after midnight. I finally had to call the front desk just to get some sleep. To be fair, the staff was kind and responsive, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and terrible sound insulation. I expected much better from a Marriott-branded hotel. Would not stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was no indication that parking in the large lot would come with an extra charge — this felt misleading. When I got to my room, I found a mini pizza still inside the microwave, which clearly showed that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. On top of that, the elevators had a strong mildew smell and did not appear clean at all. Overall, the cleanliness and transparency were major concerns during my stay.
