Great little place in Augusta

This was a great little place for us to stay during the basketball tournament. It's super cute and cozy and the beds were comfortable. It's close to all the fun that the little downtown has to offer

My husband, children, and our smallest service animal stayed at the property during our current work-related relocation. They were impressed with the neighborhood, the cleanliness, and the communication between the property owner and myself. Highly recommend this property to others, we will book again if we have need!

Adorable cottage

This is the second time we have stayed here. The home is impeccably clean, tidy, comfortable and nicely appointed. The host is very responsive and flexible. The location is convenient, quiet, and adjacent to the greenway and very close to Hammonds Ferry with some wonderful restaurants. Although we felt very safe, the surrounding neighborhood is a bit unkempt but could be related to Hurricane Helene which caused considerable damage to the region. Will definitely stay again next year

Small back deck to sit at and if you are very quiet deer come to visit. Usually early morning or at dusk. Small private back yard with table for 4. bprivate back yards

Conference Stay

I selected this property for its proximity to downtown Augusta for a conference. The location and accommodations were fine. The only issue I had was the owner requested I keep the thermostat at 75 or higher to save the AC. It was over 90° both days, and I thought it was ridiculous to make that request. You either have AC or you don't.

Charming little home

The property was very well taken care of and clean! My daughter especially liked the deer that would come to visit in the evenings, though she kept calling them goats for some reason! We would definitely recommend!

Quiet corner cottage

Perfect in every way

From check in to check out, every thing was perfect. Stayed here because or house is being renovated. Beautiful house on a wonderful property. Tons of little extras for us to enjoy. Clean and up to date. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our requests for a little longer stay. The perfect home away from home.
