Absolute beachfront! Fantastic location - views up and down the Coast. Walk straight out onto North Avoca Beach. When the tide is right you can stroll across the sand to the cafes and restaurants in Avoca, or enjoy a movie at the historic Avoca Picture Theatre. Delightful lawn areas as well.
