PROPERTY DETAILS: 4 bedrooms - king; queen; trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top); 2 x bunks (4 singles). Sleeps 11; Quilts and pillows provided – BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels OR optional linen hire $170 available through Country Getaways office; optional linen service fee $80 for beds to be made up. Portacot (guests need to bring all bedding to use). Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity & toilet; Main bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, vanity & toilet; 3rd separate toilet. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Spacious open plan living area comprising lounge room, kitchen & dining. Large television with USB port in lounge room; Corner sofa seating; Floor to ceiling windows provide uninterrupted coastal views; WiFi for guests. Large dining setting; High chair. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, and large French-door fridge with freezer at the bottom; Butlers pantry with microwave, kettle, toaster & coffee machine (guests need to bring Aldi Expressi pods to use, or purchase locally in Kadina); Breakfast bar with seating. Front load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Iron; Ironing board; Fold-up clothesline. DIRECTIONS: Heading into Wallaroo, turn right at the first roundabout; at the end of the road turn left then right onto Pommern Way. Take the first right to North Beach and continue, before going right onto Clayton Drive. Turn left onto Riley Road, then right onto Ocean View Drive and right onto Howard Street. Follow Howard Street onto Osprey Boulevard which takes you to Palm Cove Estate, following the road around to the right. North Beach Hamptons is located at number 24 overlooking the beach, with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
