Industrial-Themed Studio, Quiet + Central Location

The Industrial by Villa Chiaroscuro is a spacious 600 sq. ft. industrial-chic studio for up to four guests, thoughtfully designed for guests looking for something beyond the ordinary hotel or rental stay.



Warm, comfortable, and full of character, the space pairs authentic industrial elements with modern amenities—including a full kitchen and bath—creating a distinctive getaway that feels both polished and inviting.



And the industrial character here isn't just a design theme. It's part of the building's story.



Originally built as the property’s brick garage, the building was later converted into a working metal shop where custom metalwork was created. After we purchased the property, we gave the building another life as the offices for Stoney’s digital marketing company.



When the company was sold, the building began its next chapter, and The Industrial was born. We separated the two levels, added a full kitchen and bath downstairs, and transformed the former workspace into the guest retreat you see today.



Rather than erase its past, we embraced it. The massive original steel beam running through the center of the space remains a defining feature, while the slightly uneven floors are a reminder of its beginnings as a working garage. Antique and vintage-inspired pieces—including an antique sewing table, the kitchen's clock table, and an old mirror—bring warmth and history to the rugged industrial surroundings.



The result is a space that balances old and new, rugged and refined, character and comfort. We’ve also gone to great lengths to ensure The Industrial is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared for every guest.



A note about the property: The Industrial is a private downstairs unit with its own separate entrance and dedicated parking. The upper level is a separate, long-term residential rental with its own entrance and parking, and there are no shared interior spaces. The backyard is shared with guests staying at neighboring Duskhaven 1875.
