Second floor has kitchen and living room, along with another balcony in back and again in front. First floor would be considered a garage with access to the back and front yards. Back yard completely fenced in.
Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet in the laundry room, kept locked.
In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted, and a pet fee of $45 per pet per night will be charged.
The home is nearby to a railway and is frequently crossed by trains during day and night. While the sound may be lessened due to the area’s quiet designation, there may be some sounds of trains passing by.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 per day charge.
