Nice Place but better options

Staff was very kind and wonderful at making it a very nice experience. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable but nothing is like home. The pool area was very crowded for a Wednesday in the winter but with the water park slides makes sense. No swimming pool unfortunately so it was either slides and out of the small pool or hot tub but again always maxed out.

Nice place but the details on the website are inaccurate and misleading. They claim to have a game room/arcade but there was no such room. Also said cot was included in the room upon request. But when I asked for one they provided an air mattress that was partially deflated. I asked to use the pump to fill it up more and the lady was a little snippy with us about it. She said she needs it back because it was the only one. I filled the air mattress and noticed there was a slow leak. I brought the pump back to the front desk and said that there was a leak in the mattress. The lady at the front desk said “I’m not surprised”. And went back to what she was doing. I was not planning to have to sleep on the floor when spending over 300$ a night for a hotel room. It was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that every one was nice and everyone loved the water slides. Breakfast was good.

Great stay

Lots of friendly staff making sure everyone was happy. The water park was awesome. The only issue was the shower handle was broken so wouldn’t maintain a consistent temperature.

Staff was very helpful, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival but they seamlessly got us into another room seamlessly. I came here for the indoor water slides and it’s a hit with my 8 year old boy and his friend. It’s not overstimulating like a typical indoor water park and easy to keep a watchful eye.

The water park was great, staff were friendly and breakfast was overall decent. The cleanliness of the hotel room could use major improvement. Our bed sheets and pillow covers seemed like they had not been washed. Small hairs and stains on pillows and bed head was dusty. The pull out couch that turned into a bed was not clean. My kids couldn’t sleep on it due to the crumbs and stains left on the sheets on the pull out couch.
