Sunrise 3 Apartment - Beautifully Located Air Conditioned 1 Bedroom Above Beach

Lovely first floor (2nd floor USA) fully furnished 1 bedroom air conditioned apartment offering spectacular views from the private balcony over the Gulf of Argolida. The apartment is one of five and has 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. for a third person should this be required. Double doors from the living room and the bedroom lead onto a large private balcony with outdoor tables and chairs. From here there are magnificent uninterrupted views over the beach and sea where guests can watch the glorious sunrise each morning or relax during the evening watching the moon rise during the summer months.
There is a modern well equipped kitchen with full size cooker and fridge freezer. All linen, cooking utensils and crockery are included. The living area has comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs and satelite, TV. There is a shower room which includes shower, toilet and wash basin.
The secure garden has flowers, fruit trees and lawn with a BBQ terrace and outdoor tables and chairs. The whole area is fully enclosed with the added security of an electronic gate. The garden and the exterior of the apartment block are covered by security cameras. There is plenty of free parking and a good broadband connection.
Steps a few metres from the main gate lead down to the secluded beach which is ideal for swimming or gentle relaxation. There is also an outside shower which can be used to freshen up when coming from the beach. Beach umbrellas are also provided if required.
The picturesque village of Xiropigado is within walking distance and here you will find small shops and seafront restaurants serving varied menus including traditional food and wines.
This is a beautiful unspoilt corner of Greece and an excellent place to spend your holiday and explore other places of interest including the old town of Nafplio which is just across the bay and the ancient sites of Mycenae and the wonderful theatre of Epidavros, where Greek drama productions are staged in the summer months.
You can be assured of a genuine warm welcome.

Fabulous view and super friendly and helpful host

Incredible view across the bay. Large balcony from which to enjoy it. East facing so you get early sun and then shade, which keeps the apartment cool. Good parking - which is at a premium here. Small beach 100m away down some steps and the village beach and tavernas and a mini market a 5 minute walk away ( but hilly). The apartment has everything you need but it's a bit tired and dated. The bed is a small double and could do with a better mattress. There's building work next door at the moment (May25), which started up early. But I imagine that will be finished or stopped by the time the season gets going - worth checking with the host if it will bother you. The host was very apologetic about the noise - but it's not his fault. He was also very helpful throughout our stay if we needed anything

Lovely apartment in a dreamy location

We spent a wonderful week at the sunrise apartments. It’s a stunning location. The sitting room and balcony look out across the Argolic gulf. It was absolutely breath taking. The pebble beach is directly below, - crystal clear water, hardly anyone there, so pretty, I would say idyllic. A short walk from the apartment takes you into the little village, lots of swimming beaches and five or six lovely tavernas. Hardly any traffic. Really peaceful. Our landlord Vassily was wonderful - warm, welcoming, charming and kind. A really lovely man. We would go back at the drop of a hat!

Fantastic quarters with great views and family care

Relaxing stay with the sound of the sea. Terrace with sea views of the sunrise over the Argolic Gulf. Own small bathing bay under the quarters, from which you can swim in the crystal clear water on the coast to the center of Xiropigado. Argos and Nafplio with their weekly markets (Wed + Sat) and city centers half an hour away by car. Archaeological excavations in Argos, Mycenae, Tyrenis, Corinth and Epidaurus within easy reach. Hikes in the Parnon Mountains possible with approx. 1 1/2 hours drive. Very nice and committed landlord family who speak English very well and provided us with tips, their own olives and wine from the region. We would love to come back here at some point.

The best and chilled week we had in a long time!

We stayed for 1 week and we had an incredible relaxed stay with an incredible view at the sea the whole time. Also the beach right below the apartment is really nice. We would recommend it at any time!!

Vue splendide

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et agréable. La description de la location dans l'annonce correspond à la réalité, l'appartement est bien équipé. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et il faut faire un petit effort de se lever tôt un matin pour assister à un impressionnant lever du soleil sur la mer. L'appartement est dans un immeuble comprenant 3 autres locations, mais c'est très familial et calme (les propriétaires habitent sur place). Tout est très bien entretenu, que ce soit l'appartement ou les extérieurs. Rien à redire sur la propreté. La plage de galets est juste en dessous, accessible rapidement par un escalier, et elle est très peu fréquentée. Quelques restaurants très abordables sont dans le centre du village en bord de mer, et accessibles à pied sans problème. S'il faut donner quelques défauts : la salle de bain est un peu exiguë, et les supérettes du village ne nous ont été utiles que pour du dépannage (les supermarchés plus grands sont à 20 min en voiture). Merci encore à Katerina et Vasili pour leur accueil et leur bonne humeur.

Ein wunderschöner ruhiger Platz hoch über dem Meer

Nach einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch Vasilis und seiner Frau haben wir eine sehr entspannte Woche im Sunrise Apartment verbracht. Der herrliche Meerblick und das morgendliche Schwimmen in der Bucht in unmittelbarer Nähe sind unvergesslich. Vasilis und seine Frau sind stets um ihre Gäste bemüht. Außerdem ist der Standort bestens geeignet, um Ausflüge nach Mykene, Epidauros und Nauplia zu machen.

Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande von Xirapigado und ein kaum frequentierter Strand ist über eine Treppe innerhalb von 5 Minuten leicht zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung weist alle Qualitätsmerkmale auf, die man von einem solchen Feriendomizil erwarten kann, d.h. es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, allerdings ist die eigentliche Ferienwohnung noch nicht spektakulär. Phantastisch ist daneben allerdings die sehr großzügige Terasse mit unverbautem Blick aufs Meer und auf Nafplion (auf der gegenüberliegenden Buchtseite). Das Bild, mit dem die Ferienwohnung bei FEWO-DIREKT-Direkt vorgestellt wird, entspricht EXAKT der Wirklichkeit. Die Vermieter sind uneingeschränkt reizend und hilfsbereit.
