This impressive 8 Br house boasts an upstairs (3 Br), downstairs (3 Br), and a guest house (2 Br). It's located right across the street from the beach with an oceanview. Come and enjoy an "original" coastal home at this private residence. The lower level kitchen has been nicely remodeled, with new cabinetry, new appliances and stone counter tops.

The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a Queen with it's own private bathroom, tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 double beds. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed and shares the remodeled hall bath (shower stall only/no tub).

There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family room area. Plenty of seating space for family gatherings in the living room with the sofa and two recliners. The kitchen offers full size appliances (NO dishwasher) but complete with a large table that seats 8, to enjoy meals or game night together. Great grilling options (charcoal and gas) for hot dogs and burgers around the outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas, too.

This property has an exterior surveillance camera located under the back stairwell, capturing the area between the back of the house. No audio is recorded.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.

Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a pet non-refundable fee. Bike Friendly but please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.
