Welcome to your rare and charming Pet Friendly Vacation Rental Condo in Myrtle Beach, nestled in the peaceful Willow Bend community at Barefoot Resort. Most condos in the area don’t allow pets—but ours does! We happily welcome small dogs (sorry, no large pets or other animals) so your furry family member can join in on the fun.

**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*Only maximum of two small dogs allowed (maximum 25 pounds each). No other animals.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator access.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Charcoal grill located by pool.

*Washer/Dryer located in unit.

*Two parking spaces provided in front of unit, no additional spaces available.

CPV Policies

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
