Very pleased with our stay. The resort was great! The property management company was very easy to work with and check in was a breeze. The unit is beautiful and plenty spacious for our group of 10. We enjoyed people watching on the balcony. Trash shoot and elevator both in super close proximity to the unit, though the elevators can be tricky due to the number of people using them. Several times we gave up waiting for an elevator we could fit on and just took the stairs, but it’s only 3 flights so worked out fine. I cooked most meals in the unit and found the cookware sufficient. Would recommend the kitchen cabinets getting a good scrubbing. We loved having the second fridge in the laundry room! Worked out great for keeping drinks cold without taking up space in the main fridge. Also loved with nice heavy drapes in the bedrooms to block out the early morning sun. My only real negative would be the beds. Though I know mattress firmness is a personal preference, we all struggled a bit with comfort/ sleep quality— the king beds are particularly hard. We ended up switching rooms with our teenagers and we took the queen room and let them have the king. Though the queen mattresses weren’t much better.

Communication is so important. VRBO and Itrip failed!

Our family was traveling from 4 states. There was a delay for the party checking in. The only way in contact with anyone was through email or message and they did not respond. I have rented from Air B & B and never had a problem with communication. Not the case with VRBO. We had maintenance issues with our unit and once again, it was send a message. Mind you, the unit was 700.00 a night. We will never rent from them due to a lack of communication and the fact that no phone number you call can solve the problem. Total nightmare!!!respobd for hours.not respond.

FAMILY VACATION

We all had the best time. Property was perfect BUT Kitchen and some of the rooms needed to be cleaner!! The Kitchen was a nightmare. The stove filthy, pots/pans rusty and cabinets dirty. Property definitely needed a much better cleaning. there were no sheets for the pull -out couch. We called and they did bring them. All and all we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful Condo

This place was amazing. It was large and beautiful. Plenty of space to relax and talk amongst friends. Beautiful view of the ocean. We had a hiccup with communication about checking in. I somehow did not get an email showing where to check in. Once we figured it out it was super easy. And one little thing, I would bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, we had less than three rolls of toilet paper for the bathrooms (5) and ended up having to make a run for toilet paper. Other than those small things, it was fantastic.

Rude, Unprofessional Management Company

Rating due to The Management Company (iTrip) and particularly the Property Manager who is unprofessional. Even asking a simple question is apparently an issue for them. Their responses are rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I sent an email as a courtesy, per protocol, for our arrival plans to help them prepare, and even then, they were annoyed, rude, and unprofessional. After providing them more details, all the Property Manger wanted to do is to become even more rude, and not take any responsibility or accountablity for their unprofessional and accusatory behavor. The Property Manager tried to make it appear that it was somehow my problem...huh? That totally threw me off. In any case, the company is less than profressional from my experience and interaction with them. For the cost of the property rental, everyone deserves the very best of professionalism. They missed the mark. I hope that they follow their own policy to "Be Kind" because their responses were totally Un-Kind. Watch their response...

We booked this condo for our sons wedding held at 21 Main. Great location, convenient and just as described. Family staying with us was very impressed with unit and resort. Would not hesitate to rent again. We live in the area and would consider it for a staycation!

Fun golf weekend!

Five old friends escaped the cooler weather and had a fantastic golf weekend in N. Myrtle Beach. The condo was well beyond expectations and much nicer than it even appeared to be online. Clean, spacious, a ton of amenities and the perfect location on the beach. We will definitely return either as a group or separately with our families!

Mom’s 84th Birthday

We celebrated my mom’s 84th birthday. The place was excellent. The view was amazing to see Beach and pool area. The 3rd level floor was perfect, just high enough to see everything but low enough to enjoy. The only issue had nothing to do with the unit. There was a rude guest on the last night that was upset and kicked trash cans and shouted f…… the n word . It was night so the pool area was closed. It was upsetting to hear that this day and time.

Great Location and fantastic condo

We had a group of 14 ranging in ages from 6-60. The condo was spacious, great gathering spaces, a balcony with adequate seating and a fully furnished kitchen. It’s vacation time so the pool and beach were pretty crowded. The water in the ocean was pretty murky. Beaches were clean. Great restaurants- we didn’t have a bad meal. The Flying Fish Public Market and River City Cafe were both great. Management company replied immediately when we needed a key for the trash chute and when one of of our pool bracelets needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend for a large group or family vacation.
