Located on the first floor of the building (accessed via two flights of stairs; no elevator), Beach Sleeps is close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and family-friendly attractions, while still feeling like a peaceful coastal retreat. Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool (open April 1 to October 15), perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A unique digital door code will be provided prior to check-in and will automatically expire at the end of your stay. The same code works for both the front door and the beach storage closet, so you won’t need to keep track of multiple codes. ★ Interaction with Guests ★ We give our guests space but are always just a message away if you need anything. While we won’t be onsite, we respond quickly and are happy to help with questions, concerns, or local recommendations. ★ Free Parking ★ • Two complimentary parking passes are provided with your stay. • The parking lot was designed years ago when vehicles were generally smaller, so larger SUVs and trucks may find the spaces a little snug. Most guests have no issues, but we like to set expectations in advance. • Per HOA guidelines, motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and campers are not permitted in the parking lot • Please ask about nearby options if you need additional parking.
