Sunrise Pointe is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach.

Some of the spectacular on-site amenities includes a large outdoor pool, lazy

river, kiddie pool, an indoor pool, a multi level parking garage . This 3

bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with

breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, Jacuzzi in Master Bath, TVs in all rooms.

The oceanfront balcony spreads across the entire width of the condo with

access from Living Room & Master Bedroom. On April, 2018, Cherry Grove was

voted the best beach in South Carolina in USA TODAY's 10 Best Readers' Choice

contest. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park,

waterspouts & fishing are all in close proximity to Sunrise Pointe. We rent

strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. House party groups

are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will

be immediately evicted. Properties are privately owned and reflect the

individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only.

Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. Non-Smoking Unit. No Pets,

Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.
