Tranquil Forest Oasis: Fabulous Bell Tent for Two near Tobermory, Canada

Welcome to this tranquil glamping experience. This is a unique luxury-style camping escape where you get to reconnect with nature. Within a short drive, you can spend the day in the Tobermory area well known throughout the province for having crystal clear waters, amazing scuba diving, and shipwrecks. Two other areas worth exploring would be The Grotto and Lions Head park which are close by to this accommodation.



SPACE

The Tent:



Sleeping: Luxury Queen mattress perfect for 2 people comfortably



These Glamping Bell tents are very spacious and fully equipped with new luxury mattresses, battery-operated lanterns, seating areas and are the perfect place to get a good night's rest after a long day of activity. Outside will have a cozy spot for a picnic table and a private campfire while you sit on nice Muskoka chairs. We have male/female washrooms onsite that have multiple stalls and showers. Please note bed linens/towels are provided for guests.



The Site:

Cooking: We provide grills that you can put over the fire to cook food the good ol' fashion way and embrace the outdoors. Please bring your own camp stove and utensils if needed.



Keeping items cold: We have ice that can be purchased from our onsite staff. We highly recommend bringing a good-sized cooler to keep your items cold!



Bathrooms: We have two shared washrooms onsite that are very close to the space you are staying. They are cleaned regularly by our staff and are very spacious.



Firewood: We have firewood on site that you may purchase upon request. Please request all firewood prior to 9pm as our staff would like to get some rest at night.



Heating/Cooling: Although we provide a luxury experience this is still a form of camping and therefore, these tents have no electricity running to them so we do not have the ability to heat or cool them. They are under a lot of shade so they tend to stay fairly cool in the summertime. We also have extra blankets and sheets we can provide for those nights that are much colder.



Restaurant/Cafe: Trufood Cafe is the closest and our top recommendation to get coffee and a quick snack. It is a quick 6 minute drive south on the main road.



ACCESS

You will be the only one with access to your Glamping tent for the duration of the stay along with your private campsite. The washrooms are for guests only of the park.



Check In: 2pm-7pm strict check-in time. Late check-in will be charged a fee.



Check out: 11am



NEIGHBORHOOD

Miller lake is a short walk from the site and a great place for a swim along with canoeing, kayaking and boating.



TRANSIT

You will have the ability to park a car on your private site.



NOTES

Please note:



-Expected check-in time is 2-7PM.



Check-ins AFTER 7PM and BEFORE 9PM are available by prior approval by the management team.



Check-ins AFTER 9PM and BEFORE 11PM are discouraged but are available for a fee. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time to get the approval of the management team.



Arrivals AFTER 11PM are not permitted.



ADDITIONAL RULES

Check-in time: Between 2:00pm and 7:00pm

Check out time: 11:00am



Late check-ins are permitted after hours but require prior arrangements with the office. In order to ensure the safety of our guests, late check-ins will not be permitted after 9:00 pm. After 9:00pm a $50 late fee will apply to your booking.



I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Campground management.



QUIET HOURS: 11:00 pm - 9:00 am Our quiet hours start at 11:00 PM and they are ENFORCED. All music/radios must be off from 11:00 pm until 9:00 am the next morning, with minimal (soft voices) and children must be on their campsite. No driving through the campground at this time and early departures must be done very quietly. Campfires must be extinguished no later than 1:00 a.m.



SPEED LIMIT: 10km/h Please respect the nature of a campground site and drive cautiously.



GUESTS: Only registered guests are allowed in the campground, random site checks will be made by Campground Management.



FOOD: All food must be kept in your trailer/RV, car, or tent until consumed.



GARBAGE & RECYCLING: Recycling needs to be separated from the garbage and placed in the Recycling Bin at the front. Garbage must be taken to the dumpster at the office building every night. No garbage can be left out at night or during the day when you are not at your site. There is a $100.00 fee that will be added to your account if garbage is left at your site while you are not there/after you have checked out.



WILDLIFE: Please be mindful and respectful of the wildlife in the area.



FIREWORKS: Absolutely no fireworks.



CAMPFIRES: Campfires must be put out before going to bed/when leaving the site. Please make sure to fully drown your fire before leaving it unattended.



POND: No swimming in the pond.
