It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the centre of Norwich which can be reached very easily by car or public transport.

This fabulous 3 bedroomed bungalow comprises.

• Bedroom 3 – Double bed
• Bathroom 1 – Walk-in waterfall shower
• Reception room – With comfy reclining sofa & TV to relax, dining table.
Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap are all provided.

The stunning full-sized kitchen comes with
• Hob
• Oven
• Fridge
• Mini freezer
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery glasses.

Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, pan scrubber, new jay cloth and tea towel are provided. You will find additional under the sink in the kitchen along with soap powder & fabric softener.

On request the following can be provided free of charge
• Travel cot with sheet
• Highchair
• Bed guard

To the rear is a beautiful fully enclosed garden with a patio to sit and relax. (please note during winter months the patio set will not be out)

The Bungalow will be for your sole use and no part is shared with anyone else.

The bungalow is suitable for those with limited mobile. The only raised area is stepping into the front door and shower, please note it is not wheelchair adapted.

Access is via a key safe and all details will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled checking in time.

Parking, if you’re coming by car, there is ample space to park.

The property is located within a residential area, you may find occasional personal items left by the owner.

Please do enjoy your stay and treat as you would your own home.

Please refrain from smoking and vaping inside the Bungalow.
