About this property
Molly, nestled in a peaceful farm in Marsham, North Norfolk
Molly is one of three beautiful luxury shepherds huts, tucked away on the secluded western edge of a field known as Ovens Mouth, on a peaceful farm in Marsham. Nestled between mature oak trees, Molly enjoys an inspiring pastoral view, perfectly positioned to catch stunning west-facing sunsets. Inside, the design embraces a modern, clean-lined, open-plan style, offering a true home-from-home feel. There's a bright living area, an en-suite shower room, a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials, and a spacious private deck with a picnic table and barbecue area.
The interior breaks from the traditional shepherd’s hut style, offering a modern, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere. Soft linens, a well-equipped kitchen with sleek appliances, and an elegant lounge with underfloor heating set the tone for comfort. Two soft recliner chairs invite you to relax, read, or chat by the living flame fire, which adds a cosy atmosphere all year round. Molly sleeps two in a spacious king-size bed, perfect for unwinding and soaking in early morning or golden hour views. The private bathroom includes a hot en-suite shower and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Step outside on to your private deck, ideal for morning coffee or toasting marshmallows over the firepit as the sun sets across open fields. The extensive outdoor space includes a dining area and a raised BBQ, making it easy to enjoy the great outdoors in style.
Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful solo escape, Molly offers the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort.
Ideally located for exploring local market towns, scenic coastal paths, or simply stargazing from your doorstep, this shepherd’s hut is a place that’s easy to love and hard to leave.
Florence, Molly and Isabel Shepherd’s Huts are situated in quiet seclusion on the westerly edge of the farm, in a field once known as Ovens Mouth. This field lies adjacent to the 288 acres of Marsham Heath, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI). The name 'Ovens Mouth' hails from nearly 200 years ago, a time when fields were named to aid illiterate farm workers in distinguishing one from another, helping to prevent the accidental ploughing of the wrong fields or the misplacement of hedgerows.
