Located in a context rich in history and beauty, this apartment embodies the essence of Sicily, with details that tell a story and create an unforgettable atmosphere. Perfect for families, couples and travelers who want an authentic and refined experience in the historic center of Noto.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a large living area that combines living and dining, it also has an exclusive outdoor patio with outdoor dining area and heated jacuzzi. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc.), houses a black wrought iron table and director's chairs, creating an environment with an industrial touch. The apartment features a double bedroom with a porthole window, typical of these Sicilian structures, and an en suite bathroom. The furnishings are completed by an antique copper bathtub merely for decorative purposes. The second double bedroom, which opens onto the alley through a French window, also has an en suite bathroom.The apartment is also completed by a double sofa bed in the living area that opens into the internal alley . The interiors preserve historic elements such as antique fixtures, stucco and retro floors, combined with restored original furniture, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a hairdryer.
The apartment is a pied-a-terre for a stay or a weekend dedicated to discovering the baroque city of Noto. It is possible to find parking in Via Aurispa near the house and it is free of charge. The apartment is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends with you.
Located in the historic center of Noto, Moscato offers privileged access to bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. The location is ideal for exploring the beauty of the baroque city, such as Palazzo Ducezio, the Church of SS. Salvatore and Villa D'Ercole. A few kilometers away are the beautiful beaches of Noto Marina, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo and the Vendicari Reserve. This Noto winter apartment is perfect for those who want to spend their winter holidays in Sicily, enjoying the mild climate and the beauty of the territory.
The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed, bath and pool linen - The rate does not include: extra cleaning in case of animals (EUR 120.00 per pet per booking and up to medium size). For the heated Jacuzzi, an extra cost of 120 euros per week is required
