The Staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was first class, and portions generous, the breakfast buffet had everything imaginable. The whole design and ambience of the building is modern yet very cosy. Definitely a great find and a hotel and restaurant I will be revisiting

An excellent university campus/conference hotel with nice, open plan reception, bar and seating area (good for meeting friends before going out) and spacious rooms. Combined with a great buffet breakfast, friendly staff and free parking the hotel delivers everything you would want. Perfect for our overnight stop around a weekend reunion and would definitely stay again.

Super simple check in via WhatsApp message and electronic key so no waiting around on arrival. Room was large with everything I needed. Room service was helpful with gluten free. Breakfast equally as helpful.

Was not advised by the hotel of traffic restrictions within the university campus between 07:00 - 19:00 hrs, exacerbated by major roadworks on the A52. There seemed to be a shortage of staff in the evening as service at the bar and restaurant was slow (the food, though excellent, took almost an hour to arrive). To cap it off, the washbasin in my room was blocked and the shower was broken. There was also peeling paintwork on the back of bathroom door. On the positive side, however, the staff at the hotel were some of the best I have encountered.

A really wonderful hotel. The bar and restaurant are absolutely lovely. The reception and restaurant staff really friendly. The rooms are great, really comfy beds. We used the pool which is a great facility. Absolutely faultless.
