I booked the room. I was very happy with the photos of the room and the price. On arrival the superior room they gave me was horrible, it was tiny. I went reception, showed the photos and he told me the two did not tally. But he upgraded us to the Executive room which was the photos shown. The room was lovely. Amazing size and very comfortable.

No response on intercom when first arrived at the parking gate,necessary to open the roller gate. No response from "operator, receptionist" or any human contact when dialling from the bedroom phone, when further information is needed apart from the QR codes. bathroom Sanitary plastic bag holder empty. provision of slippers would be appreciated.
