Awesome room, awesome vacation

We had an amazing time! Awesome room and beautiful resort! Brad and Joey were excellent hosts who provided tips on favorite places to eat/visit. Also, over 30 friends stayed on the property as well - we all had a blast! We’ll definitely come back.

Appreciated the kind and attentive staff who would do just about anything to make the stay great. Easy to get cabs for trips into Bucerias. Pools large and lounge chairs always available.

Wonderful stay in a great condo. Great 5th floor ocean views in a beautiful condo. The condo and property were immaculate! Listening to the ocean at night was so relaxing. La Estancia was amazing . Wonderful staff, restaurant, pool and beach. Our family had a lovely vacation!

Terrific stay in Nuevo Vallarta

We had a great time at Villa La Estancia. The staff was amazing, the condo itself was appointed perfectly, beds were comfortable. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. As for meals, I’d steer away from the hotel Japanese restaurant, it was our worst meal. La Parrilla restaurant next door was great. The Blue Shrimp in NV was our fave meal, 15 min cab ride. Sayulita was our favorite beach town, only 30 min away by taxi. Shopping was fun. Ate at The Dock, one of our best meals. Thanks again Brad and Joey, had a great time

Exceptional La Estancia Unit

We have stayed at Villa La Estancia multiple times over the years and always enjoy an excellent stay whether we book through the resort or through VRBO. Brad and Joey's unit is exceptional! It has far more amenities than we expected (fully stocked pantry and wine rack), it's very clean, and we enjoyed a wonderful ocean view from the entire balcony. We would definitely be happy staying in this unit again. Thank you Brad & Joey!

Love this resort! Can’t wait to go back

The property - rooms, beach and staff are all amazing. For the actual room itself - Pros - the view is amazing and room is beautiful. Cons - For this particular room my only minor complaint is that compared to the other rooms we’ve stayed in it is missing some of the basics such as a baking sheet so you can use the oven. It also didn’t have a small amount of supplies to get you started like dish soap, a couple of garbage bags, coffee etc. Don’t hesitate to book at Villa La Estancia you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful place, great host, exactly as described

This is our third time coming to Villa La Estancia and this is the nicest one we've stayed in. The view from the balcony is great. One bonus of this place is that it is all one combined unit with one front door. Many of the others are two units that each have a front door that are closed off by an external locking gate. When we come back here again we'll definitely plan to stay in this unit. Also, the owner has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Definitely 5-stars on both the place and the host!

We loved our stay here. The unit was clean, very spacious and well stocked with a spectacular view. The property is well care for and most staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool is amazing and the beach is huge and well maintained. We were always able to find chairs at both. This is a quiet resort with no music or activities which suited us. We wish we had known to go to the resort next door Flamingo for board rentals as we paid the first day from an independent person who was set up right in front of the included rentals. Of course he didn’t tell us to go there. We were also shocked to learn we had been charged 125 CAD for 2 bottles of sunscreen from the market at flamingo which is where Estancia reception sent me when I asked where to go. I could have walked a bit further to go to the pharmacy and gotten some for 1/8th of the price. What an absolute rip off. The prices for coffee there were also exorbitant. Highly recommend avoiding that place. Our hosts Brad and Joey were very responsive. They had a list of tips and resources and they checked in a few times during our stay. We hope to return!

Perfect Family Trip!

Thank you to Brad and Joey for their help! I was looking for accommodations for our families’ Christmas trip. There were 12 of us and they were great at finding us 2 beautiful condos at Villa La Estancia that were super close to each other. Both condos had excellent ocean views, were super clean and we were thrilled to find excellent pool-side food! The ceviche was our favorite, but all was wonderful. We have stayed at Villa La Estancia in both Cabo several times and now in Nuevo Vallarta and it is a wonderful place for any type of group you travel with. Thank you again for all your help Brad and Joey!!

Unbelievable resort and property!

What a beautiful, spacious condo and an amazing resort. Great staff attending to you at all times. We got access to free kayaks and paddle boards and had dolphins swimming around us several times. Just amazing!!! Food was good and we loved the swim up bar and beach massages. Visited the flamingo hotel several times and their food was great too. Our host was very responsive and gave us a lot of good ideas on activities. We did the all inclusive but hadn’t planned for all the tipping so bring small bills or be ready for that added expense. Totally worth it for the service, location, experience and beautiful resort. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful property! Fabulous Vacation!

Excellent place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta! This property is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and the views are amazing! Every room (both bedrooms and the living room ) have access to a huge furnished deck that has some of the best views of any villa in the complex! We spent every morning enjoying breakfast and every evening playing cards with our kids here. The location of the villa is excellent! It's Close to Bucerias, which is a lovely Mexican town with a lot of great restaurants and shopping. It's far enough/close enough to the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta depending on what you like. The property borders open space so the beach is not overly crowded. The restaurants on the property are excellent!! You don't even have to leave if you don't want to. We are already planning a return trip back!

Quick get away

Exceeded our expectations. From the glass of champagne welcoming us in to the friendly, professional staff to the gorgeous beach and facility. Our first time visiting and we will definitely return and share our experience with friends. Excellent for families wanting their own space as our villa had two large bedrooms, a great kitchen area and laundry. Amazing balcony overlooking the pool and beach, it was hard to decide where to sit and read our books! Balcony, pool, beach. The staff was always nearby to offer drinks and towels or anything you might need. We loved being able to walk along the beach to Bacerias...a cute town with some fun shopping and restaurants. Thank you to Estancia for a wonderful vacation. Truly 5 stars.

Second stay, Amazing as the first!

This is our second stay in this unit at Villa La Estancia. This property is immaculate, beautiful, peaceful. The staff is gracious and attentive. The beach, pool area and amenities are first class. Brad and Joey, owners of our unit, were welcoming and helpful from the day of booking, up to our day of arrival, and throughout our stay. We were concerned about Covid prior to travel, however, I have to say that while we were there, safety standards were top notch!. I work in healthcare as well as two of my daughters that traveled with us, whom are nurses, and we all felt like the safety standards put in place not only at Villa La Estancia, but throughout Puerto Vallarta; at the airport, in public transportation, and all eating establishments was excellent. I highly recommend staying at Villa La Estancia and book with Brad and Joey!

Favorite Spot in Mexico!!

We have visited Puerto Vallarta/ Nuevo Vallarta many many times! About 6 years ago we discovered Villa La Estancia and it quickly became our favorite spot of all times!!! We have stayed at LaEstancia a number of times and we have NEVER been disappointed! Brad and Joeys condo #3502 is fabulous!! Very close to the beach, great ocean views and great pool views! Wonderful sun on the patio everything morning and we took our binoculars and watched dolphins jumping in Banderas Bay! The staff at La Estancia are over the top, the pool food is delicious and we overall just can’t say enough great things! It is about a 6.00 cab ride to Bucerias which has great restaurants and artsy shops! We generally have dinner at the local restaurants each evening in Bucerias although there are very nice restaurants at La Estancia. If you decide to stay at the resort the entire time they will have everything you could possibly need or want there! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here! This is a fabulous condo!!

Wonderful villa, great complex, outstanding hosts

OK, so the only question you really care about is "should we stay here"? Yes. You should stay here. Really. You get a great villa with excellent views in a great complex with exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. The food is good, the beach experience is very good, and the location is excellent. The villa itself is large and well furnished. A key bonus to this place is the guidance you get from Brad & Joey. Once you reserve, they send you an email with a ton of information about what to expect, what to do, helpful info about the area. It's a long email. Read all of it. You will be glad you did. You may still have some questions, in which case you will find Brad & Joey very responsive and very helpful. So in summary... Go to Mexico. Rent this villa. Rent a bike/scooter/golf cart and go see Bucerias. Eat at Mar Y Sol. Get an hour massage on the beach for $20. Have a great time.

Very nice unit in an amazing property. Great views.

This unit has really great views from the 5th floor. Beds are very comfortable. Owner was very communicative. For the uninitiated, Villa La Estancia is an amazing place to stay. Incredible, friendly service all over the place. Immaculate grounds. Much quieter than Flamingoes next door. The pool is awesome and very close to beach, where there are complimentary boogie boards, kayaks, stand-up-paddle boards to borrow. Taking a cab to the local grocery stores (Mega or La Comer) was about $5, to Bucerias about $10-15, to Sayulita about $35 (45 min), and to Old Town PV about $35 (45 min). A few Ubers were around the area too. Bucerias had a couple good restaurants (recommend El Brujo Playa, or Miguel Angel with their own craft beer) but overall it wasn’t as nice as we were hoping. Sayulita is more walkable and very cool, and would recommend spending a day or two up there. Another great restaurant close to to VLE is Toca Madera. Overall we had a wonderful stay at VLE and would recommend.

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Villa La Estancia! This unit is spacious and classy. We particularly loved spending time in the mornings on the enormous balcony. Look forward to returning!!

Great Place in Nuevo Vallarta

Great unit to stay in durning off peak and summer no afternoon sun!!! Check in was flawless. We have a timeshare next door summer week so we went this route for March stay would use again!! VRBO has improved since the last time we used it!!!
