The Space

This entire condo at Aria Ocean is designed for a relaxed stay for up to four guests, with two bedrooms, three beds, and two bathrooms. The single-level layout, accessible by elevator, makes moving through the space simple and convenient. Natural light fills the interior while central air conditioning keeps the atmosphere comfortable in Nuevo Vallarta’s consistent coastal climate.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms offer a restful setup with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage for your belongings. The layout includes three beds, making it suitable for couples, friends, or families. For those traveling with little ones, a paid crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available, along with children’s books and toys.



Living spaces

The living area is shaped for unwinding between beach outings, with Wifi and Smart TVs supporting quiet downtime. A safe is provided for added peace of mind, and essentials are included to help you settle in comfortably from arrival.

The property is waterfront, offering shared beach access just steps away, along with an outdoor pool and resort access. Beach essentials are available for your time by the shore, and additional features like a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, bikes, and kayak add to the experience of spending time outdoors.



Location & convenience

Set in Nuevo Vallarta, the condo places you right next to the water while keeping everyday comforts within reach. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available, along with self check-in via keypad for a smooth arrival. A free washer and dryer in the unit, luggage dropoff allowed, and long term stays allowed (28 days or more) provide flexibility for both short visits and extended stays.



Important notes & fees

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay only - no cleaning or laundry service is included during the stay. The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests; additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately 15 dollars per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size and shared after booking confirmation. Excess usage is charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted.



Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
