The Space:
Soft ocean air drifts in from the bay as palm fronds sway beyond the garden. Mornings begin with coffee on your private patio or balcony, where the waterfront setting feels calm and unhurried year-round. Afternoons invite you down to the beach for a barefoot stroll, followed by a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower before settling back into the easy rhythm of resort living.
Sleeping arrangements
This entire condo sleeps up to 5 guests and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. In addition to the 2 beds, there is a sofa in the living room that can be used as an extra sleeping space and is mainly recommended for children - it is a normal sofa, not a sofa bed. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, central air conditioning, and a mosquito net help keep nights comfortable, while a safe and clothing storage: closet make it easy to unpack and settle in. Family-friendly touches include a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, paid crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children’s books and toys, and board games. Babysitter recommendations are also available.

Step outside to enjoy your private patio or balcony overlooking the garden view, or unwind in the private backyard - fully fenced, an open space on the property usually covered in grass. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area create easy spaces to relax in the warm coastal climate. After time in the sand, the outdoor shower and beach essentials make transitioning indoors simple. Guests also have beach access and resort access, along with use of the outdoor pool and shared sauna.

The kitchen offers a full space where guests can cook their own meals, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, Otro electric stove, toaster, blender, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for gathering over breakfast or dinner. An outdoor kitchen adds another option for open-air meals.

When you’re ready for activity, enjoy the shared gym in building, featuring exercise equipment including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench. There is also a movie theater, ping pong table, and pool table within the resort amenities, making it easy to stay entertained without leaving the property.

This single level home has no stairs in home, and the building includes an elevator. You’ll have a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, Wifi, heating, hot water, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in is supported by building staff, with someone available 24 hours a day to let guests in.

Here are some points to take into account:
1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.
2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _5_ people, being guest number _5_ a minor under 15 years old.
3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.
Guest Access:
According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.
Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.
-Check In: 3:00 p.m.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
