While the resort offers a pleasant atmosphere, I found that the rooms can occasionally experience humidity. We enjoyed the majority of the restaurants we visited; however, there was one that didn't quite meet our expectations. It would be great if the drinks could be served with a bit more quality, as we often felt they were watered down. We ended up mixing our drinks ourselves to get a better taste of the alcohol. On a positive note, the staff were consistently polite and attentive throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it was not very reliable during our visit.

Very clean. Just enough options to not feel overwhelming but have options. Horseback riding and masaages cheap right on the beach. Everyone very friendly. First resort ive been at where i didnt feel like a stupid american or that i was being hearded like cattle.

This is a great Riu Palace. Great restaurants choices, even the buffet is really top notch. Service is what you expect for a Palace. Will go back again.

Everything was great about the property itself, very clean and looks to be recently renovated. Nice pool and beaches and excellent service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are very good and the restaurants are excellent, specially the steak house and asian one. Overall great experience.
