il trilocale è in linea con le fotografie presentate è in posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il mare a piedi in circa 10 minuti. I locali , seppure sprovvisti di aria condizionata, sono sufficientemente freschi perché in realtà non si trovano al piano terreno (come tra l'altro era indicato in descrizione) ma sono in piano inferiore rispetto alla strada anche se in ogni caso luminosi con finestre su giardinetto e davanti a ingresso. Aspetto negativo alcune inosservanze da parte dell'agenzia che non potevano non esser viste prima di consegnare appartamento come ad esempio il rubinetto della cucina completamente sradicato o la lampada in cucina penzolante ad altezza testa. L'agenzia tuttavia è intervenuta subito il giorno in cui lo abbiamo segnalato per sistemare il tutto. I proprietari (host) sono persone molto gentili e ospitali che abitano al piano superiore ma la gestione dell'appartamento è interamente demandato all'agenzia (Fued). Segnalo un problema che per noi è stato importante ma che è indipendente e riguarda la copertura dati internet da parte degli operatori telefonici che in quella posizione è praticamente assente o con segnale limitatissimo. Non essendoci prevista una WIFI ovviamente ci si è trovati un po' isolati per i servizi internet anche se almeno il segale telefonico è sempre presente.
