Why only 2.5 stars

We arrived with 2 and a half stars in our mind and experienced our stay with always the same questions why only 2 and a half stars? Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, satelite TV, ok ish bathroom, beautiful outdoor area including pool. Can recommend to other travelers. Good value for money

Amazing service - but that’s the only positive

We stayed here for just one night. The management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, that’s the only positive. The room needs a refresh. Walls were covered in water stains and dead mosquitoes. Bathroom was big but not clean. We were awoken before 7am by the staff’s children playing loudly in the pool. Had higher hopes for a $29 room.

this is the ideal place to stay,it was the best holiday ive had. everything about palm bamboo is excellent ,the rooms,staff,pool and service were all 5 star. i could not fault the place you were treat like family and they went out of there way to make sure you had a wonderful stay
