Fantastic location with direct access to lovely Nordstrand, one of Nykøbing Sjælland's best sandy beaches. In the adjoining annex, which is located on the sand dune itself, you can experience the sunset while the children take the last dip of the day. The cottage is furnished with a large living room with a sloping ceiling and the opportunity for both relaxation and coziness. From the living room there is access to the loft. Bright kitchen with good dining area. Three bedrooms as well as bathroom and guest toilet, both with shower. From the living room and kitchen there is access to the terraces, so you can always find a place to enjoy the sun. In summer it is also possible to spend the night on the sofa bed in the annex. Not for rent to youth groups.
