This home just completed a full (100%) renovation of its original 1900 build that has transformed everything from all rooms & living spaces along with associated appliances & fixtures, landscaping and outdoor amenities.

This fully renovated property boasts all new accommodations including:

- Wraparound porch with seating to enjoy views of the private yard or to observe passersby from the front of the house

- Semicircular drive with private parking for 2 vehicles and access to a dedicated EV/Tesla charger

SECOND FLOOR

- Two full baths with specialty features including a shared hall bath with spa-like wet room, Kohler fixtures and large soaker tub

- Second bath is ensuite to the primary bedroom and has shower massage jets; and skylight windows adorn both bedroom & bath

- Three balconies off of two bedrooms and the sunroom provide seating space and views over looking three different directions of the home

We had a great stay at this property. The location is convenient to both Vineyard Haven and the center of Oak Bluffs. The decor and furnishings were very nice, and everything we needed for our stay was in the house. Overall a lovely time!

Absolutely Incredible

We came to MV with a group of 8 and this house was a dream. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The beds were so comfortable, and all products and finishes were top of the line. You can tell they put a lot thought (and love!) into every inch of this house. Definitely not your typical rental, it’s more of a home. The location was amazing too, easy 10min walk downtown! Cant wait to come back!
