We were so excited for this rental only to be disappointed. It is a beautiful home, but you can tell its run by a company and not a family. It has so many little things wrong that they add up quickly.Pros: The home is very spacious and for the most part clean. It has plenty of room for a large family. Great views from the decks and plenty of outside seating and indoor seating. The air works great!Cons: At arrival we were so disappointed that the window at the bar is half fogged over and you can't see clearly out of it. That was one thing that were so excited about, but it was a let down. The downstairs bathroom would not shut so my husband and brother in law had to fix that right away on the first day. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not. In fact, the pool pump wasn't even running because the pool had an error code. Most of the time the pool was 74 and a little too cold. The dryer would not work on any setting, but manual and you had to dry it 3 or 4 times because it had an error code too. The railing on the pool deck was super loose and the owner came to tack that up just to hold for the trip which I appreciate. Several boards on the deck were loose. The rental company actually came for that fix. The living room furniture is gross and stained. It needs to be cleaned badly or replaced. And those are just a few of the problems that we had. Sadly we could say more.We called almost everyday for the manager. Brett we are still waiting on that phone call back.
