This absolutely gorgeous, dog friendly 2nd row home with elevator was built in 2022 by a local premier builder with an open floor plan that has already made many unforgettable family vacations along with an established loyal guest following. Enjoy the unmatched beach views from the covered porch any time of day, but when it's time for some fun in the sun, the beach access point is literally just across the street! Retreat to the master bedroom with its own ensuite bath and flatscreen TV when its time to retire while two more comfortable bedrooms, each with their own flatscreen TVs, flank the hallway containing the second full bathroom and convenient laundry closet. During your stay, family and friend fun time will be made in the great room with widescreen TV and comfy newer furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, an area underneath to barbecue or play cornhole, take an outside shower or just hang out! But it gets better because Sandy Daze is incredibly close to all Oak Island's restaurants, shops, groceries, post office and ice cream with many of these island services within walking distance. And easy 4 car parking will accommodate your vehicles and rigs.
