We are about 9 miles from WISP Resort (14 minutes) and we have plenty of room to store your ski gear in the garage. The paved driveway requires 4WD in the winter.

Get away to the mountains and enjoy year round fun at our home "Mountain Air". Surrounded by pine trees you will feel miles from civilization in our quiet setting but only really be a few minutes from everything Deep Creek Lake has to offer. You can spend time with family around our fire pit, take in the evening breeze on the porch swing, or soak in the hot tub. The kids can play basketball on the paved driveway, tackle the swing set, or have a blast on the tree swing. Kids of all ages can shoot a game of pool.

We provide a MD State Park pass for your use during your stay. The MD State Park pass allows you (1 vehicle, up to 10 people) free entry to any state park, unlimited boat launching at the park, and 10% discount on all state-operated concessions items.

Firewood is included and available at the house for you to use in the fire pit!

Our home is well stocked with all the essentials you will need in your home away from home. Sheets, linens, beach towels, and some paper goods are all provided. Accurate guest counts are important to ensure correct supplies are provided. We also have a gas grill (propane provided) along with a well appointed kitchen with lots of extra appliances including mixers, single brew and standard drip coffee makers, microwave, coffee grinder, blender, utensils, serving ware, etc. We have a restaurant style child's highchair along with a plastic set of plates and cups.

The primary bedroom (king) is on the top floor and has a private full bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The loft, with futon, overlooks the main living area and also has a "work corner" with desk if needed. Two more bedrooms (queen and queen+twin bunks) share another full bathroom on the main level. A secondary king bedroom is tucked away on the lower floor connected to the game room. The living room has a stone fireplace with electric logs and plenty of seating for the entire crew. Downstairs, the game rooms is ready to go with pellet stove for those colder nights, pool table, comfy sofas, arcade machine, small bar area, and a half bath. We have exterior security cameras that are enabled when the house is vacant. Unlike most of the other properties in the area, we manage our own home and do not add resort fees, surcharges, admin fees, guest fees, or hot tub fees.

We want your family to come and enjoy our home and the surrounding Deep Creek Lake area including hiking, skiing, horse back riding, sailing, boating, tubing, etc. Be sure to checkout the Oakland Farm Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays all summer.
