The receptionist didn’t inform us until after checking in when we were trying to take our luggage to the second floor that the elevators have not been working for over 3 months. Upon asking her ‘how’ do we take our luggage, she said usually customers call before hand to let them know that they have heavy luggage. I said ‘how would we know that the elevators aren’t working?’ She had no answer.

We were there for 5 nights. The elevator did not work the entire stay. We were initially in a room on the first floor closest to the lobby. After the first night, I asked for another room because I could hear conversations in the lobby and it was quite noisy. They were able to accommodate me with a room on the second floor. However, at 76 years of age, I had to climb steps.

Comfortable, generally well kept. Elevator didn't work, so I had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. I needed the exercise, though. All the amenities were in the room and worked. The bed was very comfortable, which was the whole. Slept like a long. Highly recommend this motel.
