Our experience started off great. We contacted the hotel to request an airport shuttle when we arrived. To our surprise, the hotel sent an Uber to ferry us from the airport to the hotel. We only waited a few minutes. Check-in was quick and easy. However, at 2am music began blaring from another room. I dont mean a bit of noise. I mean it sounded lime we had a party in our room. I waited a bit thinking someone would call and complain, but it continued. I called the front desk four times, but no one responded. I couldn't leave the room bc my child (somehow) was sleeping in the room. The party/music continued until around 3am. I've never had an experience such as this. I was also a bit surprised that the curtains were torn and the carpet upon entering the room torn up-seemed odd as the majority of the hotel was nicely kept.

Terrible plumbing issues

Room was terrible. Drapes were torn, bed was lumpy, standing water in the tub, sink wouldn’t drain.

Convenient and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The furnishings are not new but clean and in good condition. The hallways are covered with old no-so-clean carpet. The lobby is nice. Overall, my stay was comfortable. The location is conveniently located near the airport. I appreciated the free Lyft service to and from the airport.

I liked that it’s a gated property which added to the security. I think it’s also the first time I didn’t have a microwave in my hotel room which made it hard to stay fed during my stay

The staff were nice.The lobby was decorated to celebrate a cultural event which was nice. The main areas of the hotel were clean. However, the carpets, walls, and fixtures in the room area need to be cleaned and repaired. The parking area need to be cleaned and monitored for vandals.

Sleepless

I stuffed the pillows around the door to not hear people in the hallway. I put on loud white noise to drown out the upstairs neighbors. Not a good sleep!
