Step inside and discover a bright, thoughtfully designed home with space for everyone to spread out. The open living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, gather, and relax together. The primary suite features a ceiling-mounted rainfall shower and private access to the backyard patio—perfect for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening.

Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with queen beds and a bunk room ideal for families or groups. The expansive backyard provides plenty of room to grill, dine outdoors, and enjoy the California sunshine. Conveniently located in the heart of the East Bay, you’ll have quick access to shopping, dining, and major freeways while still enjoying a peaceful residential setting.

This home is one side of a duplex with a private entrance and no shared interior spaces. While there is an adjoining wall, the units are well insulated and noise is minimal.

The garage is not accessible; however, one dedicated driveway parking space is provided.

To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and pet-free property. Parties and events are not permitted.

Bay Area Getaway

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable with a BART station minutes away. Samuel was a great host who responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. The air conditioning went out and the next day it was fixed. We highly recommend this Verbo!

Cozy but with space

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this house. It has a big kitchen, a spacious master bedroom, a giant tv in the comfy living room, walk in closets, and a nice backyard. Everything was clean and well maintained and our host was friendly when we spoke. We had no problems whatsoever!

This home was awesome. Perfect for us. Samuel was very responsive. This was such a comfortable stay for our family.
