Beautiful two floor 3 bed/2.5 bath home in OAXACA CITY! The house is located on the outskirts of the city center and zocalo ( 10 minute drive ) Public transportation is located conveniently down the street. House is right off main intersection " Ninos Hereos " that connects to Zocalo and Reforma . The property is situated in a " Local " neighborhood part of town within a safe community and respectful neighbors . Home has private parking place (small to medium size car) within property gates.
The space
Property is a beautiful two story home just a short distance from the cities center. It consists of 3 rooms / 2.5 bathrooms ( master room has private in room bathroom ) Perfect for families or friends planning on visiting the vast city of Oaxaca and all the beautiful city has to offer with affordable accommodations. The property is just off street " Ninos Heroes " a main street that conveniently connects to just about anywhere you need to go in the city. It sits on a more " local " side of town but public transportation & Taxi ( average ride is $1-3 USD anywhere ) access are conveniently available just a block and a half from the property. At Casa Victoria you are just a short 10 minute drive from the Zocalo ( 20 minute walk ) . 10 minute drive from Oaxaca's guelaguetza auditorium. 25 minute drive to Monte Alban . 15 minute drive to Reforma and 30 minute drive from Oaxaca's airport. Property is in safe area of town within a respectful local community of neighbors and surroundings. Furnished with the basics and ready for your next stay ! We hope to have you!
