Wonderful room, absolutely spotlessly clean.
Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful.
Location is absolutely perfect for Oban town.
Carpark is a bit awkward but usable, but there is additional parking within a few minutes walk.
Breakfast depending on how busy hotel is you get buffet or table sevi both of which gave you a great start to the day.

Staff excellent, food excellent. I had a single room which was very dated, radiator in bedroom kept it warm. I couldnt stay until the Monday as the bathroom was tiny with walk-in shower, tiles broken on floor and so cold - it was like an ice box, i came home on Sunday instead of the Monday. I have come home with a cold
Easy check-in, got space in car park, friendly staff, clean room - great cheap stay overnight to catch ferry in morning. Would recommend and use again 👍
The room was clean and serviced every day. Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the one dinner I had in the bar/restaurant was very nice. Great location as well.

Basic room but the twin beds were very narrow and quite uncomfortable.Neither of us could fall asleep in them so we headed for home at 4am.Parking at rear of hotel is by meter and we had to drive round in a circuit for half an hour before we found a space.You can only book 2hr maximum so I had to keep running back every 2hrs to top up the meter....not much fun.

The room was clean ,but the paintwork was terrible very bad needs a good overhaul,the staff were very nice , might be good to have some sort of entertainment on a few nights ,don’t know if I would stay there again

I stayed in Fortwilliam on the Monday and Tuesday, was supposed to be staying four nights but had to return home due to having caught a bug, was sick all day Wednesday, got medication from chemist lay in bed until lunchtime then made the return home, I thought I had taken out insurance to cover this but when I phoned the hotel they informed me there would be no refund as I had booked through tribal, very disappointed the other hotel in Granton and Spey were very understanding and didn’t charge.

booked three superior rooms all very aged broken parts in both toilets and room mine had a 12 inch slop from front door to bed..
took photos to show staff only to be told i was in an upgraded superior room still laughing at this comments
