Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu unserem Hochzeitstag eine große Enttäuschung. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass mehrere beworbene bzw. erwartete Leistungen nicht vorhanden waren. Es gab kein WLAN, kein Restaurant und keinen Wellnessbereich. Auch ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war nicht vorhanden. Hinzu kamen Mängel an der Unterkunft: Der Laminatboden war beschädigt und auf der Terrasse befanden sich ein voller Aschenbecher sowie eine Getränkedose mit Zigarettenstummeln. Als Nichtraucher empfanden wir das als äußerst unangenehm und wenig einladend. Meine Frau, unser Hund und ich hatten uns auf drei schöne und entspannte Tage im Harz zu unserem Hochzeitstag gefreut. Stattdessen mussten wir tagsüber und abends ständig nach Möglichkeiten zum Essen suchen. Vor Ort gab es lediglich einen Dönerladen mit Lieferservice. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir den geplanten Wellnessurlaub überhaupt nicht genießen konnten, da die entsprechenden Angebote schlicht nicht vorhanden waren. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider ein kompletter Reinfall. Aus diesen Gründen vergebe ich mit viel Wohlwollen 1 von 5 Sternen und werde weitere Schritte prüfen.
