This peaceful escapade provides you with a private, fenced half-acre backyard housing a sparkling solar-heated pool and many gorgeous fruit trees! Spend your days cooling down in your private pool, gathering around the outdoor fireplace, sunbathing on the poolside loungers, or dining alfresco. The yard attracts butterflies, cardinals, and bluebirds.

Upon entering, discover a bright, air-conditioned open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. Wind down in the colorful living area featuring a smart TV while the chef of the group surprises everyone with delicious homemade meals and treats prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Attached to the living area is a screened porch where you can lounge and keep an eye on the kids while they swim. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and central AC.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
