Nice property for a last minute getaway. Staff was courteous and property was as clean as it could be for the end of a long salty season. Beach service was a great bonus, chairs, towels and umbrellas. So nice to walk directly out the water. Had two nice lunches on site. Coffee shop on site and another one within a quick walk distance. Personally, I dislike the constant pumped in music especially early mornings when it would have been nice to hear the shore sounds with coffee.

Just Okay.

On first glance it was nice. The room was pretty standard, spacious, with a true oceanfront view. The very moment of entry there was a moth, which we wrote off as an outlier to the experience, but there was a severe gnat problem. It was hard to enjoy the room itself when you have flies following you throughout the suite. There was dust along the baseboards which made us feel like the rooms were not being properly cleansed and disinfected, as well as chipped paint and a ripped screen door. Ultimately, we had higher expectations given that the property is newly renovated and overall aesthetic and price point of the estate.

It was great to have the staff set up chairs and an umbrella for you. The lobby bathroom and hotel bathrooms were not the cleaniest and had a smell at times.

We loved that the property was right on the beach. There were options for food and lounging around. The photos on website need to be updated as they do not have loungers on the beach, only small chairs (many with some.rust). But umbrellas and chairs set up, and food or drink delivered to the beach= great option. Also noted (even though I didnt bring my pups)- it is pet friendly but you would not know if you didnt see them. Hotel common spaces and rooms did not smell like dog which is FABULOUS! We did have an issue with the a/c not working but Schaea handled it immediately. She always had a smile on her face and something pleasant to say. Wonderful service offered from her when the previous person was rude and condescending.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel when it was own by a different establishment. A few years ago when it was under renovation, I hoped service would get better. When we pulled up to the entrance of the hotel, there was vomit in 2 places and the garbage can was overflowing with trash. This was very disappointing to see as a start of my 3 day stay at the hotel. We had to wait an hour before our room was available. While we were waiting we went to the beach and order some bbq wings and my husband went to the bar for drinks. Very disappointing, the wings were under cooked and the drinks tasted like no alcohol was in the pina colada. I like the access to the beach but because of the under cooked meal, I was afraid to try anything else. On Tuesday we did get a breakfast sandwich and coffee, that was decent. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I want the hotel to improve because I love the location.

Very nice place, restaurant is available in property, bar also available in property. Is a tourist destination, but really love how quiet is this property. All amenities are available. I forgot to pack beach towels jus what they have towels, chairs and umbrella for us. Im definitely ww will be back for a long vacation soon.
