Most everything was well above standard. However, the A/C in my room was very "clangy" and loud and cost me a good night's sleep. And, there was a used vape unit on the roof directly outside my window, which was a bit unsightly. Other than those things, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the facility is beautiful.

Stayed for the Oceans Calling fest. Loved how the resort is on a more private beach in a quieter area while still only a fairly quick Uber or drive to the boardwalk. Nice pool and jacuzzi with views of both the Ocean and bay from our hotel terrace. Room was comfy and loved the bar and restaurant within the hotel. 5 stars 10/10

I was disappointed in the menu options at the Tap Room. I was there for a baseball tournament and the nor-easter canceled the tournament last day (Sun). I asked if I could checkout a day early to get home before the storm hit and they said yes but I would still have to pay the full price.

Everything from check in to leaving was perfect. Staff is very accommodating and helpful and friendly. They gave us comp drinks for our anniversary and a hand written card from the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
