This condo is close to the boardwalk. Well-equipped kitchen. Building laundry facility. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Old timer building

The balcony and steps are in need of repair. Missing and burnt out light bulbs. The sofa is gross and the mattress needs replaced. Terribly uncomfortable and makes loud noises when you move or roll over. There is a fan inserted into the wall between the LR and the bedroom to push cool air into the bedroom. It is on it's last leg and will keep even sleeping beauty awake at night.There were dozens of Gnats that we had to kill during our 4 night stay. You need to rethink offering this unit to others in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, great location - in between cvs and starbucks and 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The room was generally clean, but the couch and chair in the living room are really very stained, and the sofa bed is not sturdy. These 2 pieces frankly need to go. Thank you for the hospitality and great memories!

Perfect location

Loved the proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants and nightlife! The bed was very comfortable and the appliance were updated. Was pretty disappointed in the lack of cleanliness though. Hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere, dog hair on the couch pillows and stains on the couch and livingroom armchair. When asked about the cleanliness at check in I was honest. They asked for pictures and I sent them to them and then radio silence. I know this is wrong by a property management company so I’m hoping the owner sees this and can ask/expect more of the company that I’m sure they pay a lot of money to manage their property.

Great location!

The unit was in a great location, only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The unit itself was nice. Dedicated parking for the building was off-site (3 blocks away) so jockeying vehicles for parking wasn't great (as is with many spots in OC MD). Texting with the management company wasn't great...many times took 3 hours to get a response. We had an issue with the parking pass that was never resolved...glad we didn't have a more pressing issue!!!
