Rooms are very spacious clean and airy..short walk to beach and prices reasonable! Only complaint is the breakfast area..it is unorganized, way too cramped and small with not enough seating..no hot food such as eggs, bacon, or sausage.. cold breakfast sandwiches are available that have to be heated in microwave..this is the only thing that needs improvement

there were a lot of dogs and some were barking a lot. They dont clean your room unless you ask and even then they did not. free breakfast was very crowded and the breakfast sandwiches were stale but they did have good free coffee 24/7 and cereal and milk and bananas and apples and fresh pancakes. I liked that they had plenty of parking with no parking tag required. The front door was open all night which was good since my son arrived late the first night. they had amenities for kids (indoor pool and games room).

Great location, quiet street. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was a little crowded, felt like we were standing on top of people as they were eating while waiting in line to grab our breakfast. Room was very clean and updated. Pool water was warm and hot tub and splash pad were nice, too. Everything we needed was in walking distance: beach, restaurants, mini golf, arcade. Nice community behind the building to go out for a walk or bike ride with kids. Breakfast options were aufficient but yhe swrving and seating area was uncomfortably crowded. The fitness center was soarse and thr water cooler empty 3 days in a row. Overall great exoerience and would do it again.
