The unit is stylishly furnished to reflect a coastal elegance aesthetic. A full gourmet kitchen, complete with an island and wine cooler, provides all the culinary tools to enhance your vacation. The Dining Room table seats 8, and there are 4 additional high-top chairs at the bar - perfect for family meal gatherings. The Great Room is DEFINITELY the GREAT ROOM with its breathtaking, picturesque views inside and out. You will be so Delighted with this GORGEOUSLY decorated condo and with all of the upgrades, including automated blinds, custom tile floors in the bedrooms, and a Lutron lighting control system. The Luxurious Primary Bedroom amazes with its “ocean-glass” tile, office area, and sweeping bay views. The serene Primary Bath includes a soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and equipped with Smart Mirror TVs. Bed sizes include a King in the primary bedroom, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a full-size bed, bringing the occupancy total to eight. All 4 Bedrooms have direct access to the Bay Patio. The owner supplies linens (sheets and towels) for your stay and also the use of their storage locker to store your beach items.
The Gateway Grand features indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, a fitness room, and secure garage parking with a 7-foot garage clearance. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days. Units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 days off-season. The Gateway Grand charges a $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with the reservation. Non-smoking/vaping building except in designated areas. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit rentals to guests under the age of 25.
