This home has two designer bedrooms, both complete with luxury mattresses, beach-inspired decor, decorative light fixtures, and handcrafted furniture. The master suite has spectacular views, a wet bar with a 40-bottle wine refrigerator, a smart tv, a coffee maker, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also has a sitting area and smart ceiling fan with Alexa integration. It's the perfect retreat!



The guest bedroom overlooks the bay and has a queen-size bed, full bed, dresser, and flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms offer beach-inspired accents, cool color tones, soft lighting, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. After a long day playing at the beach, you’ll be thankful to come home to rest in these luxurious spaces.

This oceanfront retreat has two private bathrooms. The master bathroom features a mirrored vanity, plenty of storage space, and plush hotel-quality towels. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and was also recently updated to be modern and stylish.

This home features multiple lounge areas and an open-concept kitchen perfect for entertaining. The front den has a sleeper sofa that can pull out to become a queen-size bed to accommodate even more guests. In this area you'll also find a desk where you can sit down, open up your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get some work done before heading out to explore Ocean City. This quiet and private lounge space is perfect for a conversation away from the rest of the home.



Follow the hallway from the den and you'll find yourself in the gorgeous luxury kitchen. Every detail of the kitchen is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and the open concept design makes it easy for multiple people to move throughout the space. The newly-renovated kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and ready for you to enjoy. Here you'll find a sprawling center island, Samsung stainless-steel appliances, a sleek subway style backsplash, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and unobstructed views of the water. Brew coffee in the Breville coffee maker, pop bread into the toaster, or throw some fruit into the blender for a healthy and quick breakfast on the go. While there are many restaurants to choose from in Ocean City, on nights when you want to just cook at home, this kitchen offers the space and appliances you need so you can cook as you do at home.



Whether you're enjoying leftovers from the waterfront restaurants down the street or sitting down for a homemade meal, the formal dining area provides the perfect spot for the whole family to sit down and eat together. The dining room is located in between the kitchen and the living room and features a picnic table-style table and seating for six with the ocean as the backdrop.



The dining room effortlessly transitions into the living room, a space that fills with sunshine in the morning and will quickly become your family's favorite hangout spot. Complete with high-end furniture, beach-inspired decor, a stylish entertainment center, and massive flat-screen TV, this living room has it all. And while the 55" HDTV (with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and standard cable TV) is perfect for movie night, it can be hard to focus on a movie or a show when you have the breathtaking views of the water right outside the back door!

Guest Access:

As a guest here, you have access to the entire home. You can use all of the rooms and all the amenities, including the stackable washer and dryer, coffee bar, wet bar and wine cellar, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom essentials, books, board games, and helpful information about the local area. From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene.



You’ll also have exclusive access to resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool, Tiki Bar and grill area, outdoor pool, sauna, and private beach. You will be assigned two parking spaces in the covered garage and given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally located at 98th Street, you're right on the beach with unobstructed views from the 11th floor of the ocean and beach below. On-site you'll find fine dining at the Jungle Restaurant as well as seasonal casual dining and fantastic drinks at the outdoor Jungle Bar with an ocean view. In walking distance, you'll find some of Ocean City's best fine dining (Liquid Assets is a 5 minute walk and The Hobbit is roughly a 15 minute walk away), in addition to other great restaurants, the Acme grocery store, and great local bars and fantastic dining options.



Getting Around:

2 on-site parking spots are included with your stay (subject to the Plaza's $65 weekly guest registration fee from May 1st - October 31st). Everything you need is within walking distance (great restaurants, bars, RiteAid, and Acme grocery and there's an cost-effective and well-serviced bus route that will take you anywhere from the Downtown Inlet to the Delaware State Line.
