Looking for an adorable beach getaway? Recently totally renovated, this third floor, 2 level, 1BR 1BA condo located at Raffles on 127th Street is the place you want to be. You’ll be within walking distance to Northside Park, where you can enjoy picnicking, playgrounds, strolls along the bay, and free concerts in season on Sundays, as well as popular food venues such as Chipotle, Starbucks, Bourbon Street, and The Original Crabcake Factory, to name a few. The beach is a short walk across Coastal Highway at the traffic light. Enjoy the refreshing inground pool just outside your door, after coming home from a sunny day at the beach. The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, with dishes, pots and pans, toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. Relax in the cozy living area open to the kitchen where you can enjoy each other’s company while cooking your favorite meals, or enjoy watching the Smart TV with streaming options. The living room has a sleep sofa for additional sleeping options. Stroll up the spiral staircase to the spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom with two Queen beds, and streaming TV. Right next to it is the beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. This unit can sleep up to 6, and rents Any 3+ days in- and off-season.
Guests must supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Nice little place

This property was perfect for a family of 4. The property was as described and in great condition. We love the fact you are in walking distance to the beach, or you could drive and park and the end of the road. Appliances were all new and worked well. We’d definitely stay here again. Beach, stores, and many restaurants all in walking distance. Pool looked nice, but we opted for the beach.

Clean, beautifully updated, perfect location for the Park

Parking was easy, the condo was beautiful, kind of small so better to have less people (there were only two of us), well maintained, easy check in and check out, we very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect for Beach Lax as it is next to the Park. Would stay here again.

Went with my 19 yo dtr. Place was great for 2 people. Exactly as described in pictures and online. Great location. Minor suggestion - get a bath mat for the bathroom.
