Access Sunset Cove at Sea Watch via convenient keyless entry and make your way through the hallway to the open-concept dining-room/kitchen/living-room area, where the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows will take your breath away. Relax on the comfortable living-room seating, including chaise. Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 65” SMART HD TV with DirectTV satellite programming, and use your own log-ins to enjoy streaming services – Amazon Prime, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix. Or just take in the sunny views in this welcoming space.

Prep and cook your most delicious culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen, where the open-concept design means you don’t have to stop socializing with the group as you prepare meals. You’ll find stainless-steel major appliances – stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator – along with small appliances including toaster and blender. You’ll have all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee/tea station, where you have a hot-water kettle and choice of two coffee machines – drip coffeemaker or Keurig with 4 pods provided as part of starter kit of supplies. You can choose from two balconies – lovely spots to sip that beverage. Stretch out on outdoor furniture on the bay-side balcony and watch the sun set over the bay, or converse and play games (found in cabinet under living-room TV). The bayside balcony is also a prime spot for watching
the fireworks from Northside Park at various times of the year.

Bedroom 2 provides a queen bed, soothing décor, ceiling fan, and blackout shutters. A dresser, closet, luggage rack, and bedside tables provide abundant storage. Wind down to sleep watching the 32” SMART HD TV.

Kids and adults alike will enjoy the bunkroom with full-on-full bunkbed and a twin trundle, accommodating up to 5 and including a 32” SMART HD TV – a self-contained slumber party! A dresser provides storage.

Parking: Free from November 1 - April 30. The Sea Watch complex charges $65 CASH OR CREDIT CARD per parking space/vehicle for a stay of any length from May 1 through October 31. Up to two spaces are guaranteed except the week of 4th of July, when only one is available. Additional spots MAY be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost; we recommend backup arrangements if you need more than one space 4th of July week or more than two spaces at other times (next-door building may be available for additional spaces). Payment should be made in Cash at arrival in the security office. This is not a host-required fee, but rather one required by the building management. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than 7 feet high because that is the garage maximum roof-clearance height. If your vehicle is taller than 7 feet, please let us know and we will help you make other arrangements.

You’ll be close to the beach, multiple excellent restaurants, terrific nightlife for everyone including families with kids, mini-golf, go-karts, board walk. Assateague State Park, with wild horses 356 days a year is 16.2 miles away.

No security cameras in Sunset Point at Sea Watch unit; cameras placed by Sea Watch complex security can be found throughout public guest areas.
